Schedules (Read First)
To all team managers & parents, please read this information so as to make the tournament a great experience for everyone.
1. Please check the schedule and see if everyone understands the format and the playoff situation in each age group, as they are not all the same for each age.
2. With the exception of the adults, everyone that is playing is under the age of 14, and as such we expect parents, coaches to be respectful of the kids and please remember they are kids. Any foul or abusive language on the part of anyone will be cause for dismissal from the complex. All referees have been advised to advise us also of any obscene comments or gestures to the referees.
3. Parking will be an issue as the tournament is coinciding with the Trafford Community Days which take place adjacent to the Soccer Complex, so when you approach the complex, there should be a police officer directing traffic, advise him that you are playing in the soccer tournament and he will direct you to the Complex parking lot. Please park neatly so we can maximize the space we have.
4. There are 2 Port a Johns on the fields, but there are Port a Johns at the street where the Community Day fair is taking place.
5. There will be garbage cans at or around the fields, please use them.
6. Please do not bring any pets onto the fields.
7. There will be plenty of places to buy food & drinks, and would appreciate that you use the vendors both on the fields and in the Street. If you need water or any sports drinks plenty are available at the concession stand.
8. All players (kids) will be given a coupon for a hot dog & drink, you will be told at registration where they can be redeemed. Non players, and adults will not get a coupon.
9. Registration will be a minimum of 30 minutes before your first scheduled game. Please bring all your paperwork to our scheduling tables and then proceed immediately to your first game field.
10. All rules will be given to you at registration.
11. Its recommened that you bring Shelters & Lawn Chairs for your comfort.
