The Second Annual ! Steel City Showdown 5's PaWest's newest small sided soccer tournament

 Tournament Entry Instructions

To Enter into the Steel City Showdown 5 v 5's please Enter your teams Information into the electronic form on the left When you are done. Hit Submit. If this was done correctly, you should REcieve a message that you have sucessfully submited your entry. Then follow the Steps listed below

1. Click the Link for (Event Flyer) you will be presented with a pdf document that contains an application on the back. Fill it out and mail it with a check to: Trafford Bridge Soccer Park
2. Click the link for (Event Roster/Waiver form) you will be presented with a pdf document that contains an Roster Form and wavier.  Fill in the roster and make two copies. And Bring with you and turn it In at tournament registration.
3.  
   Click The Link for (Showdown Rules) you will be presented with a pdf document that contains an application on the back.

Tournament Registration will be at the Concession area. Please Arrive 10 minutes prior to your gane time to be checked in.
